Karen joined St David’s as the Administration Assistant in September 2001, following a period of Maternity leave/childcare prior to which she had worked in the financial industry in Edinburgh. Karen worked as the Administration Assistant for 20 years, during which time she provided admin support to the project, maintaining the financial records, production of regular management accounts and reports, grant applications. In 2011 Karen achieved her HNC in Computing and in 2019 Karen was awarded her SVQ3 in Social Services and Health Care. Karen took over the Day Care Manager’s role after Maureen retired in 2021.
